The objective of the program was to create awareness about various facts in the project sanctioned, like interaction with experts, new avenues for various product developments, Common Facility Center (CFC), Modern Machineries & Tools, Raw Material Bank, Skill Training and explore & catch market opportunities.
2. Soft Training Skill Programme
Date: 19/07/2021- 23/07/2021
Designer Rajender Buradiya who completed his craft design diploma from NIFT and successfully completed various design training programmes of RUDA, DCH and other craft design trainings. Hari Shankar Regar is also working in many design and skill development trainings. Their team gives their best to cluster artisans. They teach them how new design develop. What is the market demand on current time. which are the most popular and demanding life style article of leather. How we make new article, which are as well as comfortable and fashionable. How artizen development their work efficiency etc.
3. Soft Intervention Training Programme
Date: 08/08/2021- 14/08/2021
Implementing Agency trained cluster artisans though, Pattern Cutting Training, new design development and Raw Material Identification . In this training programme Subash Bakoliya, from IICD gust faculty is trained the artisans he learn them how cut the new patterns, how save the new designs, which leather is genuine, which leather quality to be used in top and which is used in sole top and as on other parts. Radhe shyam in his team to assist the work.
4. Awareness and Motivation Programme
Date: 28/09/2021- 30/09/2021
The CDE briefed to artisans about the cluster motive and introduced all the SFURTI scheme components related to them. The implementing agency convey the artisans that success of cluster is depend on their active partispetion.in the cluster activities, IA motivates the cluster artisans. The officials from Jaipur District Industries Center also joined the programme. They address emphasized the need of cluster activities and importance of artisans work. Artisans motivated to work as a team and be able to understand how to handle conflict with co-workers in order to maintain good relationship within the work place.
5. Soft Training Programme
Date: 17/10/2021- 23/10/2021
IA Conducted Third Design Training Programme from 17.10.2021 to 23.10.2021. Designer Mirtunjay and master craft man Ramswaroop are the main team member of this training programme, who completed his craft design diploma from NIFT and successfully completed various new leather craft design training programmes. They teach the artisans how new design make. What is the market demand of new patterns. Which type of leather to be used in belts. How a demanding and fancy belt is made. New upper designs given by the designer.
6. Craft Bazar Participation
Date: 11/1/2022- 20/1/2022
Leather craft cluster, Baran participated in Craft bazar cum Exhibition at Jaipur, Rajasthan held from 11/1/2022 to 20/1/2022. 10 No. of artisans have been identified to participate in Craft bazar. The craft bazar cum exhibition was organised by DC handicrafts with support of Udhyam protsahan sansthan and Govt. of Rajasthan at Rajasthan Haat in Jaipur District. Leather craft cluster booked a stall in the exhibition to showcase or display the cluster products developed by Cluster artisans during soft intervention trainings.
